Necktie Tailoring Service:
Our average necktie length is 57 1/2″ length. If you wish, that you would like to purchase one of our neckties and have it shorten. We would be happy to do so for you. Our required time is 1-3 working days. Our fee is $12.00. If you wish to have your own existing neckties shorten.
Our fee is $21.00 each. Shipping for up to 10 neckties, $6.75 anywhere in the USA. 10+ neckties, please contact us for shipping fees.

Delivery and how do we ship our products:
Under normal circumstances, please expect delivery of your Custom Tailored Made to Measure Suit in approximately 4-6 weeks. Further delays if fabric ordered is out of stock. Delivery of the goods shall be at Customer’s address given at the time of the order taken, unless otherwise specified in writing to NELSON WADE (Seller).
Our shipping rates is as follows, NO CHARGE for shipping of Custom Tailored Made to Measure Suits, Sport Jackets, Blazers, Trousers, Custom Dress Shirts, Neckties from NELSON WADE thru out the United States.
All International orders shipping costs will be determine upon your location and required delivery time. We will confirm this with you and your delivery fees prior to shipping selected products.
Terms of Payment:
Payment is due at the time the order is placed and is non-refundable. Unless otherwise expressly agreed, payment must be by cash, check or credit card. However, if that payment is by check or credit card, such payment is subject to NELSON WADE (Seller)’s receipt of good funds prior to release of the goods.
How do we process online transactions:
We use the secured services by PayPal, Safeguarding financial information. We don’t share buyers’ financial information with sellers, so our customers feel more secure and confident buying from NELSON WADE (Seller).
PayPal uses industry-recognized Address Verification Service (AVS) and Card Security Code (CSC, also known as CVV2) to help prevent credit card fraud.

Online Security:
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All data is protected using the most advanced methods available. We do not store financial information like credit card numbers or personal information like social security numbers on this site.
Customer Acceptance, Returns:
It is the Customer’s responsibility to inspect delivered goods for conformance with order and report any claims in writing to NELSON WADE (Seller) within ten (10) days of the date of delivery.
In the event the goods do not conform to specifications and proper notice is received, the liability of NELSON WADE (Seller) and Customer’s sole exclusive remedy shall be limited to alteration or replacement as required for conformance for custom made items and replacement or refund for ready to wear non-conforming goods, exclusive of any labor or delivery charges. No refund or replacement for special order items.
NELSON WADE (Seller) and employees are not responsible, assumes no duty to change an order, and assumes no liability for Customer’s weight gain or loss, Customer’s change in body mass, proportion, posture or other change in Customer’s measurements or specifications since the date of the order.
Were minor or proper final alterations are required. Minor or proper final alterations are guaranteed. NELSON WADE (Seller) will locate an qualified tailor in his/her town/city and the customer must be remeasured by selected tailor. The selected tailor will have a copy of the original measurements for reference. Selected tailor must notify NELSON WADE (Seller) of any body size change. NELSON WADE (Seller) is not responsible for minor or proper final alterations if Customer has a body change as noted in previous paragraph.
Customer must be fitted by such selected tailor within 30 days of written notification or NELSON WADE (Seller) shall have no further responsibility to alter goods and Customer shall be deemed to accept “as is”, without further alteration.
Leather Goods Warranty
12 month warranty on Leather Briefcases, Handbags, Travel Bags.
When you need of our service, you should send us an email and specify which type of problem and eventually send to us one or more images of broken parts. At this time, we will ask to you to send your item to Tuscany Leather in Italy for repairing or substitution or, if possible, we can send to you all replacement parts if is an easy for you to change it.
Liability for Delays:
NELSON WADE (Seller) shall not be liable to Customer for unavailability of chosen fabric or for any delays in manufacturing, shipping, or delivering the goods, caused by any act of God, including fire, hurricane, tornado, flood, or frozen precipitation of any kind, or by any other circumstance beyond the control of the Seller, including by not limited to, fire, strikes, disputes with workers, accidents, war, insurrection, riot, civil commotion, inability to secure transportation or fuel, governmental interference or regulation, delays in transportation or other contingencies beyond NELSON WADE (Seller)’s control.
